All carers will commence their NVQ 2 training within six months of commencing employment.
 

Care provision will only be suspended if a number of Carers have refused to visit the service user and the company has no other carer available. Social Services will be given one week's notice to this effect.
 

The office will cancel carers if the Service User no longer needs care. The carer will receive payment for that visit if they have received less than two hours notice of cancellation.

Carers need to give at least one hours notice of sickness or absence. The Service Provider will then place the care with another carer. The client will be advised of the change of carer.
 

Service users can contact the office at any time to express their views concerning the service. A satisfaction service will be requested every six months on set questions concerning the service.
